Indulge in Stunning Scenery and Tranquility with Amazing Views of Jurong Lake Gardens
The collective sale tender for The Lakegarden Residences was being hotly contested because of the striking beauty of this location, as well as the amazing views from the Jurong Lake Gardens.
The limited supply of private housing projects on this lakefront property is expected to drive healthy sales when launched for sale in 2023, with a healthy demand of future high-end homes built on the property.
The Lakegarden Residences is located on a site of 134,176 square feet, which offers a great opportunity for developers to rebuild, being strategically located in Singapore’s third national garden in the heartlands.
Jurong Lake Garden is opening gradually starting in 2019, featuring new attractions and enhanced public spaces that serve residents, workers and visitors.
Jurong Lake Gardens is set to become a unique recreational and relaxation destination amongst the other prominent parks including East Coast Park, Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park, and Pasir Ris Park and is strategically located to serve Singapore’s western regions.
Not only does Jurong Lake Gardens offer green spaces to communities and wildlife, but also helps Singapore evolve as a Biophilic Nature City, with the elements of the landscape and spaces informed by nature and inspired by nature.
Jurong Lake Gardens is also contributing to Singapore’s City in Nature vision, but as part of a city-wide plan to integrate it with other areas through a network of park connectors and mass transit.
The garden has emerged as a model of natural habitat recovery and landscape enhancement in urban environments (particularly with regard to protecting and promoting plants and animals), and continues to play a major role in furthering Singapore’s plans for decentralisation, and pushing Jurong Lake district to become the second CBD.
As the People’s Garden, residents living in The Lakegarden Residences can expect to experience nature-themed, water-themed playgrounds, lifestyle and sports facilities, as well as restored swamp forests and wetlands right at the doorstep.

It is going to be the next mixed-use development of Singapore, by Singaporeans. This place is designed to become a main recreational spot for the people of Singapore as well as tourists and will definitely benefit owners of The Lakegarden Residences.
